Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the events, hospitality, and corporate sectors.
- Consult with clients to understand their technical requirements and propose bespoke AV staging and production solutions.
- Prepare professional sales quotations, proposals, and presentations to secure high-value projects.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation to post-event client follow-up.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and provide regular sales reports to management.
- Represent SOUNDSCREEN (M) SDN BHD at industry trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Event Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the AV, event production, or hospitality industries.
- Strong understanding of audiovisual systems, stage production, and event technical requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Malay (Mandarin is a plus).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive mindset with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
