Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, configure, and operate audiovisual equipment for various events and productions
- Install and troubleshoot sound systems, projectors, lighting, and other AV equipment
- Ensure all technical systems are functioning properly before and during events
- Respond to technical issues and implement solutions during live operations
- Collaborate with event coordinators and production teams to meet client requirements
- Perform regular maintenance and basic repairs on AV equipment
- Assist with breaking down and packing equipment after events
- Stay updated with the latest AV technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as an AV technician or in a similar technical role
- Strong knowledge of audiovisual systems, including sound, lighting, and projection
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively
- Good physical fitness to handle equipment setup and teardown
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and safety protocols
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends
