- Identify, evaluate, and execute aircraft engine leasing, debt, and trading opportunities across the United States market
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with airlines, lessors, OEMs, and financial institutions
- Conduct comprehensive financial modeling, due diligence, and risk assessment for complex transactions
- Structure innovative financing solutions and negotiate commercial terms for lease agreements
- Analyze aviation market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes
- Collaborate with legal, operations, and treasury teams to ensure seamless transaction execution
- Present investment recommendations to senior management and investment committees
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in aviation leasing, trading, or aircraft finance with proven origination track record
- Deep understanding of aircraft engines, leasing structures, and debt financing mechanisms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to assess complex financial models and market risks
- Exceptional negotiation skills and relationship-building capabilities in B2B environments
- Experience working in cross-functional teams within financial services or aviation industry
- Proven ability to execute transactions in excess of $100M value
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in additional languages advantageous
