Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist passengers with check-in procedures, including document verification and baggage tagging.
  • Manage boarding gate operations to ensure timely aircraft departures and arrivals.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding flight schedules, gate changes, and terminal facilities.
  • Facilitate special handling requests for passengers with reduced mobility or unaccompanied minors.
  • Coordinate with ground handling units and airline staff to resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming presence in high-traffic terminal areas to assist lost or inquiring travelers.
  • Ensure strict adherence to aviation security protocols and safety standards at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level, or a relevant NITEC/Diploma qualification.
  • Strong command of the English language; proficiency in a second language is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends, overnight shifts, and public holidays.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure in a busy airport environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand and move through terminal buildings for extended periods.
  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or the aviation sector is highly preferred.
