- Develop and execute product strategy for A2P messaging services using market research and customer analytics
- Lead competitive analysis and market intelligence initiatives to identify growth opportunities
- Design and implement data analytics frameworks to measure product performance and user behavior
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product roadmap with business objectives
- Translate complex data insights into actionable product recommendations for stakeholders
- Drive innovation in A2P messaging features based on emerging market trends
- Present strategic findings to executive leadership with clear data-backed recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred
- 8+ years experience in product strategy, market research, or data analytics with 3+ years leadership
- Expertise in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven track record in A2P/SMS messaging, telecommunications, or SaaS product development
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical concepts into commercial strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through product lifecycle management
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in additional languages a plus
