Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account management strategies to ensure long-term client retention and revenue growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring consistent communication and high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Analyze account performance metrics and industry trends to proactively identify opportunities for service improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product Development teams to provide feedback based on client needs and emerging market shifts.
  • Lead strategic business reviews with stakeholders to align service delivery with client business goals.
  • Manage end-to-end account maintenance, ensuring all technical and operational deliverables are met on time.
  • Mentor junior account management staff to foster a culture of excellence and professional development.
  • Monitor competitive landscapes to provide strategic intelligence to the Executive leadership team.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in account management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or AVP-level position.
  • Strong background in managing enterprise-level accounts within the Indonesian market.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams including Product, Tech, and Marketing departments.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and advanced data analysis tools to track account health and KPIs.
  • Deep understanding of market trends in Jakarta and the wider Indonesian business ecosystem.
  • Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
