We are seeking an accomplished Assistant Vice President of Product & Customer Insight to lead transformative research initiatives at Private Advertiser. In this strategic role, you will design and implement comprehensive research programs that decode customer behavior, product usage patterns, and satisfaction metrics across key market segments. Your insights will directly shape product roadmaps, enhance customer experiences, and drive data-informed business decisions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable strategies that fuel market growth and competitive advantage.
The ideal candidate will leverage advanced analytics and qualitative research methods to uncover emerging trends, identify unmet customer needs, and validate product hypotheses. - Design and execute continuous research programs across strategic segments to monitor product usage patterns and customer behavior
- Analyze customer satisfaction data to identify pain points and opportunities for product enhancement
- Develop actionable insights frameworks to guide product development and marketing strategies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on customer-centric initiatives
- Conduct competitive analysis and market trend research to inform strategic planning
- Present research findings to senior leadership with data-driven recommendations
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality delivery of research deliverables
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field; Master's preferred
- 7+ years of experience in product research, customer insights, or market analysis
- Expertise in quantitative/qualitative research methodologies (surveys, focus groups, A/B testing)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic business recommendations
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional research initiatives
- Proficiency in analytics tools (SQL, Python, Tableau) and market research platforms
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate insights to diverse stakeholders
