Are you a seasoned real estate professional looking to make a significant impact within one of the world's most prominent sovereign wealth funds? GIC Private Limited is seeking an Assistant Vice President (AVP) to join our Transaction Management team within the Real Estate Business Management function.
In this high-visibility role, you will be at the heart of GIC's global investment activities, providing end-to-end transaction management support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including investment, legal, tax, and finance departments, to execute complex real estate transactions. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end transaction management process for diverse real estate investment assets globally.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal investment teams, external legal counsel, and tax advisors to ensure smooth transaction execution.
- Manage deal structuring, due diligence processes, and final closing documentation.
- Oversee the financial closing process, ensuring all deliverables meet GIC’s rigorous governance and compliance standards.
- Provide strategic insights on deal structures to optimize tax efficiency and operational viability.
- Support the monitoring of portfolio performance post-acquisition through robust data management and reporting.
- Foster relationships with international partners, brokers, and consultants to facilitate seamless transaction flows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s or CFA/CA qualification is a plus.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in real estate transactions, investment banking, or professional advisory services.
- Strong understanding of real estate investment lifecycles, including acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex transactions under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analytical tools relevant to real estate valuation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders across various international jurisdictions.
- Proven ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team culture.
