- Develop and implement comprehensive employee communication strategies aligned with corporate objectives
- Transform complex financial information into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences
- Lead the creation and distribution of internal communications across multiple channels

- Manage and mentor a team of communication professionals
- Measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all internal communications
- Oversee crisis communication protocols and responses when needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in employee communications, with at least 3-5 years at a senior level
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies
- Experience working in financial services or investment management is highly desirable
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex information
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams
- Proficiency in communication analytics and measurement tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with all organizational levels
