Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies to penetrate key corporate markets.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from initial contact and discovery to contract negotiation and closing.
- Conduct professional presentations and demonstrations to C-level executives and corporate stakeholders.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing corporate accounts to maximize retention and upsell potential.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to provide feedback on market requirements and competitor activity.
- Utilize CRM tools to accurately track sales activities, forecast revenue, and manage the lead pipeline.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs as set by the management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of proven experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Account Management, or Business Development.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a professional services or corporate environment.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach and a high degree of resilience.
