Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting market research to identify potential B2B clients and partners within the Cikarang industrial area.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with distributors, resellers, and retail partners.
- Presenting and demonstrating mobile accessories products to potential clients to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Negotiating prices, terms, and contracts to secure profitable deals for the company.
- Managing the sales pipeline, tracking leads, and ensuring accurate data entry in the CRM system.
- Coordinating with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Providing excellent after-sales support and resolving client inquiries to foster loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in any field (D3/S1), preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
- Familiarity with mobile phone accessories or the electronics industry is a significant plus.
- Valid SIM A (driving license) is required to facilitate field visits.
