Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain B2B relationships with mobile phone retailers and distributors in Lhokseumawe region
- Present product portfolios and negotiate contracts with business clients
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for mobile accessories
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM data accuracy
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely product delivery
- Attend product training sessions and stay updated on industry trends
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA) or equivalent
- 1+ years of B2B sales experience preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Valid driver's license (SIM C) with own transportation
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Basic knowledge of mobile phone accessories market
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia with sales-oriented mindset
