Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new B2B clients in the garment industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Utilize CRM systems effectively to track sales activities and client interactions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure client requirements are met
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the garment or textile industry
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Deep understanding of the local market in Makassar and surrounding areas
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred
