Tanggung Jawab

  • Actively generate new business leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and professional networking within the packaging sector.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers in target companies to present our comprehensive range of packaging solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnership value.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the internal production and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery and client fulfillment.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage lead data, and provide regular performance reports to management.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows and networking events to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, outbound sales, or business development roles.
  • Strong knowledge of the packaging, manufacturing, or supply chain industry is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Highly self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain rapport with high-level corporate stakeholders.
  • Currently residing in or willing to work in the Jakarta Selatan area.
