Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand B2B client portfolios in the designated region.
  • Actively perform market canvassing and cold calling to identify potential high-value leads and business prospects.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with interior designers, architects, contractors, and procurement managers.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective corporate clients.
  • Prepare and negotiate detailed project proposals, quotations, and contracts to ensure profitable deal closures.
  • Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and installation for project-based orders.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market intelligence feedback to the management team.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, project sales, or corporate account management (experience in furniture or interior industries is a major plus).
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and after-sales support.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Strong initiative, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in the field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is advantageous.
  • Possess a valid driving license (SIM A or C) and willingness to travel for client meetings.
