If you possess a hunter mentality, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales, we want to hear from you. You will work in a fast-paced environment where your performance directly impacts our regional growth and success.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new B2B business opportunities through strategic outreach and networking.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and corporate clients.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales contracts in alignment with company revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using our CRM system.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or corporate account management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing techniques.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and working proficiency in English.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
