As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service. Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new B2B business opportunities within the Jakarta region to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct high-impact product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client business needs.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle from initial lead qualification to contract negotiation and final closing.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and recurring revenue.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts to be presented to management on a weekly basis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and solutions for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and performance targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for lead management.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel locally within the Greater Jakarta area as required.
