Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building B2B relationships? PT INTEGRA BOGA NUSANTARA is looking for a dynamic B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team in Depok. In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for driving business growth, securing new partnerships, and executing strategic sales initiatives to expand our market presence.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new B2B business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry research.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and corporate clients.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing structures to achieve win-win agreements.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to increase brand visibility.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide detailed reporting on sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and surpass challenging sales quotas.
  • Willingness to travel locally within the Depok/Jabodetabek area as required.
