- Develop and maintain strong B2B relationships with retailers, distributors, and corporate clients in Jayapura
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and cold outreach
- Present product demonstrations and customized solutions to potential clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets through strategic planning and execution
- Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis for management
- Collaborate with marketing team on promotional campaigns and product launches
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform sales strategies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree in business/marketing preferred
- 1+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in electronics or accessories
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with proven track record
- Deep understanding of Papua's local business landscape
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and local dialects
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
