Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with B2B clients across commercial and industrial sectors
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in the air conditioning segment
- Present product solutions and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide comprehensive client consultations
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports and performance analytics
- Train clients on energy-efficient AC solutions and after-sales services
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of proven B2B sales experience in air conditioning or HVAC industry
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with commercial clients
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in competitive markets
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Technical field preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for client communications
- Knowledge of Indonesian commercial building regulations and energy standards
