Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain B2B relationships with retailers, distributors, and corporate clients in Langsa and surrounding areas
- Promote and sell comprehensive range of handphone accessories through direct sales and channel partnerships
- Achieve monthly sales targets through strategic planning and execution of sales activities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer relationship data in CRM systems
- Coordinate with marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches
- Provide product training and support to B2B partners to ensure effective sales execution
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 preferred) with 1+ years of B2B sales experience
- Proven track record in selling technology products or mobile accessories
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with ability to close deals
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent communication abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for client visits
- Results-driven mindset with ability to work independently and meet targets
