Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and bake diverse bread varieties, pastries, and specialty items following established recipes and quality standards
- Monitor baking processes to ensure consistent product quality, texture, and presentation
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations, sanitation protocols, and hygiene standards
- Manage inventory systems including ingredient ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction
- Operate and maintain baking equipment including ovens, mixers, and proofing chambers
- Collaborate with kitchen team to coordinate production schedules and meet daily targets
- Develop and test new recipes to innovate our product offerings while maintaining brand standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary or baking certification preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years professional baking experience in commercial or high-volume settings
- Proficiency in baking techniques for breads, pastries, and specialty items
- Thorough knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP principles
- Strong organizational skills for inventory management and workflow optimization
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Physical stamina for standing long periods and lifting up to 25kg
- Basic math skills for recipe scaling and inventory calculations
