Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and bake premium cream puffs, pastries, and confections following established recipes
- Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards in all baking processes
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to ensure operational continuity
- Operate and maintain baking equipment, troubleshooting minor issues
- Collaborate with team to optimize production efficiency during peak hours
- Present finished products attractively to enhance customer appeal
- Adapt recipes based on seasonal offerings and customer feedback
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef (1+ years preferred)
- Certification in food safety handling (e.g., HACCP)
- Knowledge of baking techniques, equipment, and ingredient properties
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality control standards
- Basic mathematical skills for recipe scaling and inventory management
- Physical stamina for standing extended periods and lifting up to 20kg
