Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and bake a variety of products including breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts according to standardized recipes and quality specifications
  • Operate and maintain baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofers to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Monitor baking processes to ensure consistent quality, texture, and presentation of all products
  • Adhere strictly to food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and inventory management protocols
  • Collaborate with kitchen team to coordinate production schedules and meet daily output targets
  • Experiment with new recipes and techniques to enhance product offerings while maintaining cost efficiency
  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of baking tools, workstations, and production areas

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Baker or similar role in a commercial kitchen environment
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment operation
  • Ability to follow recipes precisely and adjust variables for consistent results
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to food quality standards
  • Basic understanding of food safety regulations and HACCP principles
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Relevant culinary certifications or vocational training preferred
