In this role, you will play a vital part in our daily operations, ensuring that our signature breads, pastries, and cakes are baked to perfection for thousands of travelers and guests. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and cakes according to standard recipes and specifications.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery area and adhere to food safety regulations.
- Operate and troubleshoot bakery equipment, such as ovens, mixers, and proofers, to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting shortages to management.
- Assist in quality control checks to ensure products meet the company's high visual and taste standards.
- Work collaboratively with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure timely service.
- Adhere to strict shift schedules, including weekends, holidays, and peak travel seasons.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in a commercial bakery or food service environment.
- High School Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Baking and Pastry Arts.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and FDA regulations.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and mixing.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality food production.
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines.
