  • Operate and maintain industrial ovens, mixers, and other baking equipment
  • Implement strict food safety protocols and hygiene standards throughout production
  • Collaborate with team to coordinate production schedules and inventory management
  • Develop and test new recipes while maintaining product consistency
  • Train junior staff on baking procedures and quality control measures
  • Optimize production workflows to minimize waste and maximize efficiency

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years professional baking experience in commercial or artisan settings
  • Deep knowledge of baking fundamentals, fermentation, and ingredient chemistry
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain consistent quality standards
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift 25kg+ materials
  • Basic understanding of food safety regulations (HACCP/SNI)
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficiency in operating industrial baking equipment
  • Portfolio of baking work demonstrating technical skills and creativity
