- Lead and develop technical sales team to achieve regional sales targets
- Provide specialized technical guidance to bakery clients on flour applications
- Develop customized flour solutions based on client production needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and troubleshooting at client facilities
- Collaborate with R&D to translate market feedback into product innovations
- Train sales team on flour technology and baking applications
- Monitor market trends and competitive product developments
- Prepare technical sales reports and performance analytics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Bakery Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in flour/bakery industry with 2+ years in sales leadership
- Expert knowledge of flour functionality and baking processes
- Proven experience in B2B technical sales and client relationship management
- Strong analytical skills for product troubleshooting and optimization
- Certification in Food Safety/HACCP is advantageous
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Willingness for frequent travel across Eastern Indonesia
