Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and bake a wide variety of breads, pastries, and confectionery items according to strict recipes and quality standards.
- Operate and monitor industrial baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, and proofers, ensuring they are clean and in good working order.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, health, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Monitor fermentation times and temperatures to ensure dough consistency and final product quality.
- Assist in inventory management by checking ingredient stock levels and reporting shortages to supervisors.
- Collaborate effectively with the production team to meet daily output targets and deadlines.
- Perform quality control checks on finished goods to ensure they meet the company's presentation and taste standards.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in Baking, Pastry, or Culinary Arts.
- Previous experience in a commercial or industrial baking environment is highly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn new techniques.
