Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and branch performance targets.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with branch staff and management to maximize referral opportunities.
- Provide comprehensive financial consultations to bank customers to identify their life insurance and investment needs.
- Conduct professional presentations on Sun Life product portfolios to prospective clients.
- Ensure a seamless sales process from lead generation to policy issuance and after-sales service.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular progress reports to the management team.
- Stay updated with the latest market trends, financial regulations, and product developments within the insurance industry.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any field with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the banking or insurance (Bancassurance) sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach to business development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Willingness to be placed in Balikpapan, Samarinda, or Pontianak.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia (English proficiency is an advantage).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
