Tanggung Jawab
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner banks and their branch managers to ensure mutual growth.
- Provide comprehensive product training and support to bank tellers and relationship officers.
- Conduct regular sales presentations and roadshows to promote MSIG Life insurance products.
- Identify and cross-sell relevant insurance solutions to bank customers based on their needs.
- Monitor sales targets and report performance metrics to the branch manager.
- Assist in the sales process, including application processing and underwriting coordination.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; a background in Finance, Economics, or Business is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and influence.
- Proven track record in sales or customer service roles is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and general insurance concepts.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A) is an advantage.
