As a Bancassurance Life Consultant, you will act as a bridge between AIA and our bank partners, providing expert financial solutions to clients. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers within the bank's network, performing comprehensive financial needs analyses, and presenting tailored life insurance solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with bank staff to optimize referral opportunities.
- Conduct professional financial needs analysis for bank clients to identify suitable insurance solutions.
- Present and explain AIA's life insurance product range clearly and persuasively.
- Achieve individual sales targets consistently to support branch and regional growth.
- Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure high customer retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular product training and updates for bank partner staff.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in sales, banking, or insurance is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Indonesian (local dialect knowledge is a plus).
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Professional appearance and proactive attitude.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with diverse client profiles.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
