Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with bank branch staff to ensure seamless referrals.
- Identify and approach potential customers within the banking environment to offer life insurance solutions.
- Conduct financial needs analysis to provide professional recommendations that align with client goals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Deliver high-quality customer service throughout the policy application and post-sales process.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and coaching activities to enhance professional performance.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using company systems.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in sales, marketing, or banking is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident personality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a target-driven team.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and eager to learn new financial products.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
- Willing to be assigned and work in the Situbondo area.
