Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners in Batu Licin area
- Promote and sell life insurance products to bank customers
- Conduct product training for bank staff
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

- Prepare sales reports and performance documentation

Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 preferred)
- 1-2 years in sales or financial services
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Valid insurance certification (AJP or equivalent)
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience with CRM systems
