Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with BNI branch staff to promote synergy.
- Proactively market and sell BNI Life insurance products to BNI bank customers (Bancassurance).
- Conduct financial needs analysis for clients to provide suitable insurance protection solutions.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs set by the branch and company.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service and support to policyholders.
- Prepare regular sales activity reports and monitor individual performance metrics.
- Participate in branch activities and promotional events to increase brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or financial services (banking/insurance experience is a significant plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a positive customer-centric attitude.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to be stationed in Tanjung Balai Karimun.
