Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell insurance products through bank partner networks in Jambi
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff and management
- Conduct product demonstrations and client consultations at bank premises
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
- Develop customized insurance solutions for bank customers' needs
- Prepare sales reports and track market performance metrics
- Participate in regular product training and sales strategy sessions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales or bancassurance
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred
- Target-oriented with proven sales track record
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and local dialects
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Jambi
- Basic knowledge of insurance products and regulations
