In this role, you will act as a key representative of BNI Life, stationed within the Bank BNI branch to provide premium insurance solutions to bank clients.
As a Bancassurance Specialist, you will leverage your interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with high-value customers, identify their unique financial protection needs, and provide tailored Bancassurance product recommendations. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed individual insurance sales targets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for insurance inquiries within the assigned Bank BNI branch.
- Proactively approach and engage potential bank customers to offer Bancassurance (Individual) products.
- Conduct professional financial needs analysis to recommend the most suitable life and health insurance policies.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up support.
- Collaborate closely with bank branch staff to maximize synergy and identify potential cross-selling opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and monitor personal performance against KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any field with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
- Proven track record in sales or marketing, preferably in the banking, insurance, or finance industry.
- Fresh graduates with a strong drive for sales are encouraged to apply.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Possess a professional appearance and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet aggressive sales targets.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
- Willingness to be stationed in Rengat, Riau.
