Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct product presentations and sales pitches to Bank BNI customers to effectively promote Bancassurance life insurance products.
- Identify and qualify potential leads to maximize sales conversion rates and meet monthly targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial customer engagement and needs analysis to policy issuance.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service, including policy servicing, claims assistance, and customer retention.
- Collaborate effectively with Bank BNI branch staff to cross-sell banking products and build strong referral networks.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major.
- Have a valid SIM A driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Have a high level of integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
- Experience in the banking or insurance sector is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict sales performance goals.
