This is a pivotal role where you will oversee daily cash operations and provide essential leadership to the teller team, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
We are looking for a candidate who possesses a strong foundation in financial services and excellent management skills. In this position, you will be responsible for streamlining banking processes, mentoring staff, and maintaining the bank's reputation for reliability and service excellence in the region.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and monitor daily teller operations to ensure efficient workflow and high service standards.
- Oversee the accurate processing of all cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and check clearing.
- Conduct daily cash counts and reconcile teller drawers against system records to prevent discrepancies.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and handle escalated issues with professionalism and patience.
- Perform regular audits on teller activities to ensure strict adherence to internal controls and banking regulations.
- Train and mentor junior tellers on product knowledge, operational procedures, and customer service excellence.
- Maintain a secure environment by enforcing all security protocols and access controls.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Banking, or a related business course.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant banking experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead teller capacity.
- Strong understanding of banking products, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
- Excellent mathematical skills, keen attention to detail, and high level of accuracy in cash handling.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and banking management systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a resident of Valencia City or willing to relocate.
