Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily branch operations to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure strict compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements.
- Handle and resolve complex customer inquiries, complaints, and transactions with professionalism.
- Verify, process, and reconcile financial documents, checks, and transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational workflows and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed operational reports for management review.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members on operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in banking operations or a similar financial role.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with banking software, core banking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license or related certifications is a plus.
