As a Banquet Audio Visual Intern, you will gain invaluable hands-on experience supporting high-profile events, conferences, and banquets at our Marina South venue. You will work closely with our experienced technical and operations teams to ensure seamless audio-visual execution. This role requires a proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the setup, testing, and dismantling of audio and visual equipment for banquets and large-scale events.
- Operate sound mixing consoles and projection systems under direct supervision to ensure high-quality audio and video.
- Collaborate with the Banquet Team to align technical requirements with the specific needs of each event and guest seating arrangement.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspection of AV hardware to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Support the technical team in troubleshooting minor equipment malfunctions during live events.
- Gain insight into broader hotel operations, including front-of-house coordination and back-of-house workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Audio Engineering, Media Studies, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated passion for technology, live events, and the hospitality industry.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow technical instructions precisely.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and equipment handling is preferred but not mandatory.
