Omni Wellness Club is looking for a dedicated Barback to join our high-energy team in Badung. As the backbone of our bar operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and premium experience.

In this role, you will work closely with our expert bartenders to maintain a pristine, efficient, and well-stocked bar environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure the bar area is fully stocked with glassware, liquor, beer, wine, and mixers before and during service.
- Assist bartenders with preparation tasks, including cutting garnishes and replenishing ice buckets.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the bar and prep areas.
- Quickly clear and clean glassware and tabletops to keep the service floor organized.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate low-stock items to management promptly.
- Support the team during peak hours to ensure fast, efficient, and friendly guest service.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible service of alcohol.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barback or in a similar support role in a hospitality environment.
- Strong physical stamina, with the ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items throughout your shift.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- A proactive team player with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
- Good command of basic English to interact with international guests and staff.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible regarding shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of bar tools, glassware, and spirits is an advantage.
