Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
- Change bed linens, make beds according to standard operating procedures, and ensure rooms are clutter-free.
- Deep clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, sinks, and mirrors, ensuring no water spots or grime remain.
- Restock guest amenities such as soap, shampoo, towels, and toilet paper in rooms and common areas.
- Inspect rooms and public areas for maintenance issues (e.g., broken fixtures, missing items) and report them to management immediately.
- Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and laundry facilities.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations strictly.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK).
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of personal hygiene.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper usage.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
