- Execute basketball court construction from site preparation to final finishing
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols
- Coordinate subcontractors and manage project timelines
- Inspect materials and quality control during all construction phases
- Install specialized sports flooring and equipment anchoring systems
- Implement proper drainage solutions for court longevity
- Conduct post-construction maintenance briefings with clients
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in construction/sports facility building
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints and specifications
- Experience with concrete pouring, grading, and surfacing
- Strong understanding of drainage and waterproofing systems
- Certification in occupational safety (OHS) preferred
- Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors
- Valid driver's license for site visits
- Physical capability for outdoor construction work
