Ouji is seeking a dynamic and motivated BD Specialist (Affiliate Marketing / KOL) to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, building and managing a robust network of affiliates and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to elevate our brand presence.
As a BD Specialist, you will bridge the gap between our brand and the digital creator ecosystem. You will be responsible for scouting top-tier talent, negotiating impactful partnerships, and managing end-to-end campaigns that drive both engagement and conversion. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential KOLs, influencers, and affiliate partners across various social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
- Negotiate partnership terms, commission structures, and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales revenue.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (ROI, CPA, Engagement) to optimize results and report findings to management.
- Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing partners to ensure consistent brand advocacy.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media, influencer marketing, and competitor activities within the Malaysian market.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing and creative teams to align partnership content with brand guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Affiliate Marketing, or Influencer Management.
- Strong understanding of the KOL landscape and affiliate tracking platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a persuasive personality.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and make informed decisions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin or Malay is highly advantageous for local market outreach.
