Based in our strategic office at Duta Merlin, Harmoni, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market footprint and fostering long-term relationships with our dealer network.

In this role, you will act as the face of our brand, bridging the gap between our technical solutions and customer needs. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, providing comprehensive product education to partners, and ensuring seamless service delivery from the initial inquiry to the final purchase order. We are looking for a results-oriented individual who excels in communication, problem-solving, and relationship management.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.
  • Execute regular site visits to provide product education and technical support to dealers.
  • Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customer bases.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to Purchase Order (PO) processing and coordination.
  • Proactively handle customer complaints, ensuring timely follow-up and effective resolution to maintain satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and accurate delivery schedules.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and feedback to management regarding market challenges and opportunities.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, preferably in the industrial or IT infrastructure sector.
  • Strong understanding of Belden products or similar cabling/networking solutions is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume customer inquiries and resolve technical/sales issues.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for field visits and client meetings within the Jakarta area.
