Tanggung Jawab
- Perform customized organic facial treatments tailored to individual client skin types and concerns
- Conduct thorough skin consultations and analysis to understand client needs
- Recommend and advise on appropriate organic skincare products and home care routines
- Maintain a clean, calming, and hygienic treatment environment
- Stay updated on the latest organic skincare trends, techniques, and product knowledge
- Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals
- Collaborate with wellness team members to enhance overall client experience
- Manage appointment scheduling, client records, and inventory management
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Beautician, Skincare Therapist, or similar role
- Certification or diploma in skincare, cosmetology, or related beauty field
- In-depth knowledge of organic and natural skincare products and ingredients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced luxury environment
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for client satisfaction
- Knowledge of sanitation, safety standards, and hygiene protocols
