Tanggung Jawab
- Perform professional beauty treatments and skincare procedures according to Ella Skin Clinic standards.
- Conduct thorough skin consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the treatment rooms and equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Upsell skincare products and add-on services to maximize client value.
- Keep accurate records of client treatments and product usage.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as a Beautician or Beauty Therapist.
- In-depth knowledge of facial techniques, massage, and skin analysis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid professional license (if applicable in Indonesia).
