In this dual-role capacity, you will not only provide high-quality aesthetic treatments but also act as a trusted advisor to our clientele, helping them curate the perfect skincare regimen for their unique needs.

We are looking for someone who combines technical expertise in facial therapy with a strong aptitude for sales and customer relationship management.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive skin analysis to determine client needs and customize treatment plans.
- Perform high-quality professional facial treatments and non-invasive aesthetic procedures.
- Provide expert product recommendations and explain the benefits of specific skincare routines.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety protocols within the treatment rooms.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through consultative selling of services and retail products.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in skincare technology and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Beautician, Aesthetician, or Beauty Consultant.
- Recognized certification in Beauty Therapy, Skincare, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Malay, or Mandarin to effectively consult with diverse clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional, and empathetic demeanor.
- Passionate about the beauty and wellness industry with a commitment to continuous learning.
- Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced retail or clinical environment.
- Possess a goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales KPIs.
