Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive beauty treatments including facials, massages, body scrubs, and waxing services
- Conduct detailed client consultations to assess needs and recommend appropriate treatments
- Maintain strict hygiene standards and sterilization protocols for all equipment
- Upsell premium skincare products and membership packages to enhance client experience
- Document client treatment histories and preferences for personalized service
- Stay updated on industry trends and new techniques through ongoing training
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless clinic operations
Kualifikasi
- Certificate/Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years professional experience in clinical or spa settings
- Expert knowledge of skincare ingredients, facial protocols, and massage techniques
- Strong client communication and consultation skills
- Certification in specialized treatments (e.g., chemical peels, microdermabrasion) preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid professional license from Indonesian beauty association
