Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years' experience in beauty retail or skincare consulting
- Certification in cosmetology or beauty therapy preferred
- Expert knowledge of premium skincare and makeup products
- Exceptional communication and client engagement skills
- Proficiency in sales techniques and CRM systems
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with strong English ability
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends
